Established in 2002, we have recently moved to new premises in Swiss Cottage, on the high street next to WH Smith. We now have three consultation rooms and six treatment studios, two client waiting areas and a free teahouse service. There are superb shower facilities and access for disabled people. It's a well designed, bright and comfortable environment.
We offer over one hundred services: from acupuncture, herbal medicine, osteopathy, homeopathy and physiotherapy to various different healing treatments, beauty therapies and medical massage. Everything to help you recover from illness and lead you to well-being.
We have nearly 500 herbs and herbal products, made by reputed suppliers in China and other oriental countries. Our herbal doctors are well-trained in both Chinese and Western medicine, with over twenty years professional experience. Our other fifteen practitioners are also highly qualified, with rich clinical experience.

Initial consultation
At Gin Sen, the highly qualified Dr Lily will carry out your consultation. On your first appointment a full case history is taken, including looking at you tongue and take your pulse. You are also given a thorough examination: blood pressure, body weight, blood sugar, and heart rate if necessary.
Everything discussed is dealt with in the strictest medical confidence. Once a diagnosis is made, Dr Lily will discuss with you the timescale and type of treatment necessary. This initial consultation, which includes treatment, usually lasts between 50 minutes and one hour.
Home visits available
If you are elderly or disabled, or otherwise unable to make your own way to us, Dr Lily can visit you at home or work. Time and travel costs will depend on location. Please call her on (07971) 388 617 to see if she can visit you.
Dr Lily
Dr Lily is fully qualified, trained in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. She studied for 5 years for degrees from the Traditional Chinese Medical University in China, and has many years of experience in treating various health problems.
